Grade 1/2 Red

elcome to our 1/2 Red family, where each day is an exciting new chapter in our journey of learning and growing together! Together, we're creating memories that will last a lifetime and nurturing skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

In our class we reflect so that we can grow. By taking a moment to look back on our experiences, we pave the way for continuous improvement. We also know that mistakes mean that we are learning and everyone (even grown ups!) make these all of the time. 

One of our guiding principles is sharing the joy of spreading positivity. We take pride in recognising and celebrating instances where we've filled someone else's bucket—those small acts of kindness that make our classroom community shine even brighter. Equally important is reflecting on times when we might not have shown our best selves. Through open discussions, we learn and grow by considering alternative approaches and strategies.

We find inspiration in the spirit of Jesus, as we aim to exemplify His kindness, empathy, and understanding every single day.
